#184 2025/10/23（木） ~ Next boom is Houji cha? ~ イギリスで抹茶がブームになっているそうなのですが、 人気すぎて抹茶が手に入らないそうです。 そこで、今はほうじ茶が注目されているそうです。 実は、抹茶とほうじ茶と緑茶は、同じ葉っぱでできています。 でも、ほうじ茶は抹茶よりカフェインが少ないので、 イギリスで少しずつ人気になっているようです。 いぎりすで まっちゃが ぶーむに なっているそうなのですが、 にんきすぎて まっちゃが てに はいらないそうです。 そこで、いまは ほうじちゃが ちゅうもくされているそうです。 じつは、まっちゃと ほうじちゃと りょくちゃは、 おなじ はっぱで できています。 でも、ほうじちゃは まっちゃより かふぇいんが すくないので、 いぎりすで すこしずつ にんきに なっているようです。 Matcha is apparently booming in the UK, but it's so popular that matcha is hard to get.
