#224 2025/12/19（金） Kumano-te cafe HSPを意味する、「繊細さん」が楽しく働けるカフェが、大阪にあるそうです。 カフェでお客さんが注文した飲み物を、熊の手をつけて壁の穴から渡す、 という仕事だそうです。 お客さんは、熊さんのかわいい手に癒されて、 繊細さんは、ありがとう、かわいい、と言われることで、 自己肯定感を上げることができるそうです。 winwinでいいアイディアだなと思います。 HSPを いみする、「せんさいさん」が たのしく はたらける かふぇが、 おおさかに あるそうです。 かふぇで おきゃくさんが ちゅうもんした のみものを、 くまの てを つけて かべの あなから わたす、という しごとだそうです。 おきゃくさんは、くまさんの かわいいてに いやされて、 せんさいさんは、ありがとう、かわいい、といわれることで、 じこ こうていかんを あげることが できるそうです。 winwinで いい あいでぃあだなと おもいます。 I heard that there's a cafe in Osaka where HSPs (meaning highly sensitive people) can work happily. The job is serving drinks ordered by customers through a hole in the wall using a bear paw.
