About this episode

RMA Reform has long been proposed to simplify and speed up consenting for building and infrastructure projects, but many worry the changes bypass environmental protections and ignore local council urban planning. I spoke to Senior Lecture in Architecture, Design and Planning from the University of Auckland, Bill McKay, about what these changes will look like and whether further changes might be seen following the election.
