About this episode
This week, host Jesse Cohen is joined by a pair of award winning authors who are also humongous Kings fans. Cecil Castellucci is the writer behind DC Comic's Shade The Changing Girl as well as the author of multiple novels, a director, indie rocker and librettist. Dan Santat is the celebrated author of The Adventures of Beekle: The Unimaginary Friend and creator of the Disney series "The Replacements". The duo discuss the difficulties of navigating popular intellectual property, learning to let go of ones creations and their own personal relationship with hockey and the LA Kings.
