10/13 11AM: Thayer On What Went Wrong vs. Packers & Chicago Has Nut Trouble

Carmen and Jurko close Tuesday’s show with Tom Thayer breaking down the Bears’ loss to the Packers and why Green Bay keeps creating problems for Chicago. Thayer discusses Jordan Love, Christian Watson, the Bears’ lack of pass rush, Tyson Bagent’s struggles and why he would turn back to Case Keenum if Caleb Williams cannot play against Atlanta. The guys also dig into Jalen Johnson’s rough start, the Bears’ cornerback issues, how to defend Bijan Robinson and which defensive linemen should make up Chicago’s best front. Later, Jurko explains the importance of on-field communication before the show shifts into Whiskey U, Bourbon and Bacon and his upcoming Vegas trip. The Brunch Rush includes Bears contender talk, Bagent’s backup ranking and a bizarre Lincoln Park nut-spreading story involving squirrels, pigeons and rats.
