Holiday Planning and ADHD

In this episode, Cate and Erik sit down to answer a deeply important question: Is Jurassic World a Christmas movie? They also attempt to talk about the pressures of planning holidays with ADHD, but spoilers: it ultimately turns into a conversation about Cate's weird obsession with centerpieces. We touch on what the holiday season is like with ADHD time blindness, discuss a little about choice paralysis and hyperfixation, and then they get distracted and plan holiday dinner. Listen, it's been a long week.
