Eric Haider’s Death at the Job Site

In this episode of Crime Bit with Danelle Hallan, the disappearance and death of 30-year-old Eric Haider is examined. What begins as a missing-person case after Eric fails to return from a job site raises questions about the crew’s account of what happened. Eric had been sent into a trench before it was backfilled, and his phone continued to ping from the site. Three years later, his remains were found buried about six feet underground, still wearing his work clothes. The case was reopened, but no criminal charges were pursued, leaving his family without clear answers about how he died and what happened that day. Learn more about your ad choices.
