No one taught me to think otherwise and therefore I simply rolled out of bed into life and went from there. But as I began to take on more roles and responsibilities in my life (like becoming a parent and starting a new business), and began to feel the weight of life itself, I realized that the way I began and ended my day had a tremendous impact on what happened during my waking hours.
