In this episode, I brought on Troy Johnston from Seller.Tools. Troy and I were co-contributors to a blog put on by the folks at Payoneer. Troy and I discussed his story of getting into ecommerce and eventually founding Seller.Tools. One of the features they are known for is their ManyChat automation for Amazon sellers. This is a subject I have tended to stay away from because ManyChat (although a perfectably reputable company) is often known for being a tool used in some gray and black hat tactics I think Troy did a good job differentiating what is good practice vs the things that could get someone's account on Amazon (and Facebook) shut down.
