Winston Peters speaks at the Pacific Islands Forum

The United States has entered into a significant and declaratory partnership with New Zealand to deliver a major port upgrade on the island of Penrhyn in the Cook Islands. Foreign Minister Winston Peters, Cook Islands PM Mark Brown and US Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau announced the project yesterday. Winston Peters spoke to John Campbell before leaving the Pacific Islands Forum in Palau.
