Rock of Love

This week on Repeat or Delete , James, Joe & Planty dive headfirst into VH1’s gloriously chaotic dating relic Rock of Love (Season 1, Episode 3: “Motocross Mayhem”). What starts as a motocross challenge quickly devolves into crashes, screaming matches, mystery limoncello, wall-sized insults, and Bret Michaels watching it all unfold with alarming enthusiasm. As contestants battle for the affection of Poison’s frontman, the hosts try to answer the important questions: Why are there so many Brandis? Why is everyone dressed for a different reality show? And why does every prize involve spending more time with Bret Michaels? Expect motocross disasters, strawberry-fuelled romance, reality TV archaeology, and a healthy amount of disbelief as we decide whether this early-2000s trash-TV phenomenon deserves to be repeated… or deleted forever.
