After spending an evening with colleagues in the suburb of Brunswick, she began the short walk home. She never made it. Jill’s disappearance sparked a huge search and captured the attention of people across Australia and Ireland. But as investigators pieced together her final movements, CCTV footage would lead them towards a man with a disturbing history, and raise serious questions about how he had been free to walk the streets at all.
