friday affirmations

It's Friday, friend — and the Fresh Princess of Email Marketing, Liz Wilcox, is switching things up. This short and soulful episode of The Email Sound Booth invites you to pause, breathe, and step into the weekend feeling confident, grounded, and ready to create. Liz shares a set of affirmations designed to help you shake off perfectionism, reconnect with your purpose, and remember that your voice — and your emails — matter. Episode Highlights A new Friday tradition: affirmations to end the week with positivity and power. Why feeling good about yourself leads to better, more authentic emails. A gentle reminder that your pace, your journey, and your business are all yours to own. Encouragement to journal or reflect on affirmations that hit a nerve (because that's where the magic happens). Ten empowering affirmations for confidence, creativity, and connection in your email marketing. Key Takeaways Mindset matters: When you feel good, you write better — and your audience can feel it. You set the pace: Business is your race, and you get to decide how fast or slow to go. Connection over perfection: Every email is an act of service, not a test of perfection. Boundaries create balance: Saying no and managing your energy helps you stay creative and consistent. Abundance fuels inspiration: Ideas are endless, so you don't have to chase them all — just the ones that light you up. 🔗 Links + Resources Check out Liz's Email Marketing Membership here Join the Email Sound Booth Facebook group here Check out Liz's free welcome sequence here Liz's Kit [Convertkit] affiliate link Rather watch the Podcast?
